The purchase included a nearby parking garage. The property is part of West Glen, a mixed-use development created in 2003. The property in 2021 was valued at $9.3 million. The transaction was recorded May 4.

In 2021, the property was valued at $9.4 million. Sellers were Galloway Holdings LLC, TBJ LLC, Moon4Win LLC, Fade Group LLC and Beth Capital LLC. The transaction was recorded May 19.
